Description
The Westinghouse WHI643BE is a 60cm 4-zone induction cooktop with a bridge zone function, allowing two adjacent zones to be linked into a single elongated cooking area suited to large oval pots, fish kettles, roasting pans, and griddles. The bridge zone maintains consistent heat across its entire length, which is useful when cooking with large or unusually shaped cookware that extends across two zone positions.
Four induction zones in total provide independent heat control for simultaneous cooking tasks, and induction heating activates only when compatible cookware is on the zone. Touch controls allow precise heat adjustment across each zone or the bridged area, and a residual heat indicator shows when a zone is still warm after switching off.
