Description
The Mercusys MS116GS is a 16-port Gigabit switch that adds wired network connections for a home or small office. It works as an unmanaged, plug-and-play switch, so it starts passing traffic as soon as it is connected, with no setup required.
Sixteen 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-negotiating RJ45 ports with Auto-MDI/MDIX let you connect computers, printers and access points at Gigabit speeds. An isolation mode can separate client traffic with a single click for better security, and loop prevention helps guard against network disruptions. The durable metal case aids heat dissipation for steady long-term operation, and the unit can sit on a desk or mount in a rack.
