Description
The KlevaCut Master Series KCMS160 is an 18cm Santoku knife in Vamolcrium stainless steel with a Granton edge: fluted grooves along the blade that create air pockets to prevent food from sticking to the blade during slicing. This makes it suited to thin-slicing tasks where food repeatedly adhering to the blade slows the work, such as herbs, fish fillets, and soft vegetables. MRE convex edge sharpening reduces cutting resistance.
