Description
The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is a robot vacuum and mop featuring the first automatic mop-switching system in its category. Rather than using a single mop pad for every surface in the home, the Matrix10 Ultra stores three specialised mop types in its base station and swaps between them automatically based on room type: a nylon bristle scrubbing pad for kitchens where grease and dried food residue accumulate, a water-absorbing sponge pad for bathrooms and wet zones, and a thermal phase-change pad for living areas. Each pad type has its own cleaning solution compartment, so cross-contamination between zones is eliminated.
Suction is rated at 30,000Pa through the Vormax system, with the HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush handling hair up to 50cm long without tangling. The ProLeap system clears obstacles up to 8cm high, which is among the highest clearance available in this class and covers balcony rails, raised door tracks, and thick rug edges that stop other robot vacuums from accessing parts of the home. OmniSight navigation recognises 240-plus object types using VersaLift LDS combined with 3D structured light, mapping the home accurately and adjusting in real time around furniture, cables, and pets.
The PowerDock base station auto-empties a 3.2-litre dust bag (up to 100 days between bag changes), refills the water and solution compartments, runs mop pad washing at 100°C via ThermoHub, and dries pads after each session. Mop pads detach fully when long-pile carpet is detected to prevent moisture transfer. Compatible with the Dreame app, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Siri, and Matter protocol for broader smart home integration.
The Matrix10 Ultra is suited to larger homes with multiple distinct floor zones where different surfaces require different cleaning approaches.
