Description
The mbeat MB-DOCK-DLD20 is a USB-C and USB-A docking station that adds dual monitors, wired networking, and extra USB ports to a laptop through a single connection. It uses DisplayLink, so it works across a wide range of Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chrome OS machines once the DisplayLink driver is installed.
Two HDMI outputs drive a dual-monitor setup at Full HD 1080p and 60Hz, which suits spreadsheets, documents, and side-by-side reference work. A Gigabit Ethernet port provides a stable wired connection, and the mix of USB-A ports covers keyboards, mice, storage, and charging on the BC1.2 port. A 3.5mm audio input and output round out the connections. The bundled 5V/4A adapter powers the dock itself; it does not charge the host laptop, which still needs its own charger.
