Monitors at Everyday Home Living
A quality monitor transforms the computing experience for work, creative projects and everyday use. At Everyday Home Living, we stock monitors from Lenovo and LG for Australian home offices, businesses and professional environments, covering screen sizes from 21.5 inches through to 49 inch ultrawide displays.
Resolution and Screen Size
The range spans Full HD 1920 x 1080 monitors for everyday productivity, QHD 2560 x 1440 displays that fit noticeably more on screen at 24 to 32 inches, and 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 monitors where fine text and image detail matter. Ultrawide models in 21:9 format, including curved 34 inch WQHD and 49 inch dual QHD displays, replace a two-monitor setup with a single uninterrupted screen. For general office work, a 24 inch Full HD or 27 inch QHD monitor is a practical starting point. For design, data-heavy and multitasking work, QHD and above at 27 inches or larger pays off daily.
USB-C Docking Monitors
A significant part of the range consists of USB-C docking monitors, which connect a laptop through a single cable that carries the display signal, charges the laptop with power delivery up to 140W on selected models, and passes through wired Ethernet and USB peripherals via a built-in hub. For hybrid workers and hot-desking environments, a docking monitor removes the need for a separate docking station entirely. Selected models add built-in webcams and speakers for video calls, and daisy chain support connects a second monitor through the first.
Panels, Refresh Rates and Ergonomics
IPS panels across the range deliver accurate colour and wide viewing angles, with anti-glare finishes suited to bright Australian office and home lighting. Refresh rates run from the standard 60Hz through 100Hz and 120Hz models that feel smoother in everyday scrolling and motion. Ergonomic stands with height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustment support correct screen positioning through the workday, and VESA mounting compatibility allows monitor arms and wall mounts where desk space is at a premium.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a USB-C docking monitor and do I need one?
A USB-C docking monitor connects to a laptop through a single USB-C cable that carries the video signal, charges the laptop and connects wired internet and USB peripherals through the monitor's built-in hub. If you work from a laptop at a desk, a docking monitor replaces the tangle of separate charger, display and network cables with one connection, and removes the need for a standalone docking station. Check that the monitor's power delivery rating meets or exceeds your laptop's charging requirement.
Is a QHD or 4K monitor worth it over Full HD?
It depends on screen size and the work you do. At 24 inches, Full HD remains sharp for general use. At 27 inches and above, QHD delivers noticeably crisper text and more usable workspace, which benefits spreadsheet, document and multitasking work daily. 4K UHD suits detailed design, photo and video work, and reading-heavy roles where text clarity reduces eye strain over long sessions. Higher resolutions also age better as a long-term purchase.
Should I get one ultrawide monitor or two standard monitors?
An ultrawide gives you a single uninterrupted workspace with no bezel down the middle, one cable and one stand, which suits side-by-side document work and timeline-based creative applications. Two standard monitors offer more total flexibility, such as rotating one to portrait orientation, and can be added in stages. If your work involves constantly comparing two full-size windows, a 34 inch or larger ultrawide is the cleaner solution. Selected models in our range also support daisy chaining if you later want to add a second screen.
